Amendment #1381 to H4000

Tierney Learning Program

Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by inserting the following: “provided further, that no less than “$250,000” shall  be expended for the Beacon Communities Charitable Fund for the Tierney Learning Center,” and moves to further amend said item by striking out the figure "$5,608,084” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “$5,858,084”.
