Amendment #1382 to H4000

Augmenting The Water Supply For The City of Peabody

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in line item 1599-0026 by adding at the end thereof the following:

“; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the city of Peabody for efforts to acquire and integrate a new public water supply”

and in said item by striking out the figures: “$6,899,999” and inserting in place thereof the figures: “$6,949,999”.
