Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 7008-1116 in line 1, by inserting after “projects” the following: “provided further, that not less than $1000,000 shall be expended for the Kennedy Center in the Charlestown section of the City of Boston for educational programming and family engagement.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and in place thereof the figures “$200,000”
