Chief Probation Officers

Mr. Lawn of Watertown moves to amend the bill by adding the following:

SECTION X.

Section 3 of Chapter 150E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the phrase “, or chief probation officer or acting chief probation officer of any court or region including without limitation of the term, any division or department of the trial court”.
