Amendment #1392 to H4000

An Act to Extend the Development Timeline for Category 1 Gaming Licenses

Mr. Vaughn of Wrentham moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XXX. Section 10(b) of Chapter 23k of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the term “1 year” and inserting in place the following:-“2 years”
