Amendment #1421 to H4000

Lunenburg Police Department Safety Equipment

Representatives Scarsdale of Pepperell and Kushmerek of Fitchburg move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, in line 1, by inserting after "programs" the following: "provided further that not less than $5,000 shall be expended to the Lunenburg Police Department for safety equipment"; and in said item by striking the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$105,000".
