Supporting Small Businesses/Hawkers & Peddlers

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:- “SECTION XXXX. Section 26 of chapter 101 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “one year” and inserting in place thereof the following words: - five years.”
