Amendment #143 to H4000

Town of Hampden – Security Improvements

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding at the end the following: “and provided further, that not less than $100,000 be expended to the Town of Hampden for security and safety improvements to the former Thornton W. Burgess Middle School, to support renovating the school into the Town's administrative offices”, and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “6,899,999” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$6,999,999”.
