Lowell After School and Summer Programs

Representatives Howard of Lowell, Elliott of Lowell and Hong of Lowell move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following at the end thereof “; provided further that not less than $45,000 shall be expended in three equal amounts to Aaron’s Presents, Lowell Youth Leadership Program, and the Refuge Art School to provide high-quality, no cost after school and summer programs for youth in the City of Lowell.
