Amendment #1433 to H4000

Adult Mental Health and Support Services

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 5046-0000, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “;provided further, that the department shall maintain current service levels for respite services, adult community clinical services, clubhouses, and the program for assertive community treatment;” and by striking out the figures “$661,933,895” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$678,280,438”.
