Recovery Coach Licensure Implementation

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by inserting the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $900,000 shall be expended for the bureau to establish and administer a program for the licensure of alcohol and drug counselors and recovery coaches as required by section 2 of chapter 285 of the acts of 2024”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$194,452,031 " and inserting in place thereof the figures:-"$195,352,031".
