Amendment #1439 to H4000

Ms. Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4512-2022, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the United Way of Pioneer Valley on behalf of the Digital Equity Alliance to administer and operate a statewide commission on digital equity" and in said item by striking out the figure "$9,232,015" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$9,332,015".
