Girls Empowered Means Success (GEMS)

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after the word "projects" the following:

“that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Haverhill Public Schools for the Girls Empowered Means Success (GEMS) program."
