Haverhill Promise Initiative

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0033, in line 13, by inserting after the word "months" the following:

“provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Haverhill Public Library for the Haverhill Promise initiative to expand early literacy."
