Empower Peace

Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section, in line XXXX-XXXX, by adding the following "Not Less than "$50,000" shall be expended Empower Peace, a Boston-based nonprofit organization that supports the participation of ten young women from Boston and other Massachusetts communities in the 2025 Women2Women (W2W) International Leadership Program, held annually on the campus of Emerson".
