MOVA Victim Compensation Program Staffing

Mrs. LaNatra of Kingston moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in line item 0840-0100, by inserting after the words “victim assistance” the following: “;provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to increase the staffing to support the administration of the Victim Compensation Program;” and in said line item striking out the figure “$2,213,707” and inserting in place thereof “$2,413,707”
