Making Free College Available to Students in Certificate Programs

Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1596-2501, in line 51 by inserting after "college" the following: "provided further, that no less than $10,000,000 shall be expended for students who are in certificate programs at community colleges" and in said item by striking out the figures "$94,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$104,000,000"
