Amendment #1478 to H4000

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8910-7110, by adding at the end the following: “and provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Sheriffs’ Association to support operational needs, inter-agency coordination, training initiatives, and policy development efforts among the state’s 14 sheriffs,” and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$89,761,135” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$90,061,135”.
