Representatives Holmes of Boston and Tyler of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0040, in line 12, by inserting after "plans" the following: "provided further, that no less than $250,000 shall be expended for The Builder Coalition to provide training and support to underrepresented developers advancing efforts to meet Massachusetts' housing production goals": and in said item by striking out the figures "7,500,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "7,750,000”
