Tuition Freeze at the University of Massachusetts

Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7100-0200, by adding the following:

";provided that, tuition and fee rates shall be set at the level set for each campus in the University of Massachusetts system for the school year 2024-2025."
