Winthrop cemetery fence replacement

Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following:

provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to replace of portion of the existing fence at the Winthrop cemetery.
