Technical Assistance for Substance Use Treatment Providers

Ms. Donaghue of Westborough moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by inserting the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended to provide technical assistance and training to the service systems of medication management, medication-assisted treatment and treatment of co-occurring disorders”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$194,452,031 " and inserting in place thereof the figures:-"$199,452,031".
