Access to Recovery Programs

Ms. Donaghue of Westborough moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by striking “provided further, that funds shall be expended to preserve and expand the programs currently funded by the Massachusetts Access to Recovery, or MA-ATR, program” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended to preserve and expand the programs currently funded by the Massachusetts Access to Recovery, or MA-ATR, program” and in said item by striking out the figures "$194,452,031" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$197,502,031".
