Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after the word "projects" the following:

“that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Greater Haverhill Foundation for capital and costs associated with maintaining the co-working space in Downtown Haverhill."
