Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill by adding following section:

SECTION XXXX.  SECTION 1 of Chapter 158 of the acts of 2005 is hereby amended in subsection (I)(2) by striking out the words “12 month period” and inserting in place thereof the words “24 month period” ; and is further amended in SECTION 2 in subsection (b) by striking out the words “12 month period” and inserting in place thereof the words “24 month period”; and is further amended in SECTION 4 in subsection (ww) by striking out the words “12 month period” and inserting in place thereof the words “24 month period”.
