Amendment #1528 to H4000

Mobile Crisis Teams

Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5046-0000, by inserting after "continued"  the following: notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, not more than $75,000 shall be expended for the training of mobile crisis intervention teams providing such services to better prepare them to respond to the needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities; and in said item by striking out the figures “$661,933,895” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$662,008,895."
