Amendment #1534 to H4000

Fair Housing Fund

Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting in item 7004-0099 after the word “requirements” the following: “provided further that not less than $4,000,000 shall be appropriated for the Fair Housing Fund as established by Section 6 of Chapter 150 of the Acts of 2024 to be administered by the Office of Fair Housing at the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities for the purpose of eliminating housing discrimination" and in said item by striking the figures "$15,356,798" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$19,356,798".
