Mr. Chaisson of Foxborough moves to amend the bill by adding the following item:-

XXXX-XXXX   For the regional blue apple bus express passenger service, provided further that these funds shall be expended from Massachusetts Department of Transportation’s Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program (CMAQ), or any other available and applicable federally funded sources…………………………..$1,697,792
