Amendment #1551 to H4000

Northeast Seafood Coalition

Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2330-0100, by adding the following:-

"provided further, than not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Northeast Seafood Coalition for assistance in transitioning the Massachusetts groundfishing fleet to new federal fishing regulations"

and by striking the figures "9,364,804" and inserting in place thereof the figures "9,464,804"
