Ms. Arriaga of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 9110-9002, by inserting after the words "provided further" the following: ";and that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for infrastructure improvements and maintenance at the Chicopee Council on Aging"; and in said item by striking out the figures " $29,522,592" and inserting in place thereof the figures " $29,622,592"
