Implementation of the Maternal Health Law

Ms. Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4590-1503, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $2,960,000 shall be expended to support certified professional midwives, the fetal and infant mortality review commission, the PMAD digital resource center and awareness campaign, the pregnancy loss awareness campaign, and the welcome family universal postpartum home visiting program, as defined by Chapter 186 of the Acts of 2024” and in said item by striking out the figure “13,149,400” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “16,109,400”.
