Lorraine's Soup Kitchen and Pantry

Ms. Arriaga of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2511-0107, by inserting after the words "nutritious food" the following: ";provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the continued operation of Lorraine's Soup Kitchen and Pantry" in the City of Chicopee, including but not limited the purchasing of equipment, food, and produce; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$150,000"
