Amendment #1578 to H4000

Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: "providing further that not less than $60,000 shall be expended for The EON Foundation d/b/a Equitable Opportunities Now, a nonprofit an organization that provides programs, services, and technical assistance to support equitable economic opportunities in the cannabis industry for people from communities harmed by the war on drugs"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$160,000".
