Amendment #1583 to H4000

Eliminate the Income Tax

Mr. Boldyga of Southwick moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any laws to the contrary, Chapter 62 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out the section in its entirety and replacing it with the following:

Section 1. No tax shall be imposed on income earned by any resident or inhabitant of the Commonwealth on or after July 4, 2026
