Amendment #1588 to H4000

Reduce the Sales Tax

Mr. Boldyga of Southwick moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any laws to the contrary, Section 2 of Chapter 64H of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out "6.25 per cent" and replacing it with "5 per cent".
