Reduce the Gas Tax

Mr. Boldyga of Southwick moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any laws to the contrary, Section 1 of Chapter 64A of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out "shall be 24 cents per gallon" after the words "Tax per gallon" and replacing it with "shall be 10 cents per gallon".
