The People’s Academy

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for The People’s Academy to support its pre-apprenticeship program training inner-city residents in the copper trade".
