Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026 in line 3, after the word "Fund;" the following: "provided that not less than $120,000 shall be expended to Old Colony Planning Council for the economic redevelopment of the Sycamore Grove area in downtown Brockton"
