Stairway to Recovery

Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, in the final line, by interesting after the word "substances" the following: “; provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for Stairway to Recovery (Gándara Mental Health Center, Inc.) to support programs for people affected by substance use disorders”.
