Representatives Robertson of Tewksbury, Howard of Lowell and Nguyen of Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5911-1003

by inserting at the end thereof the following: “; provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be directed to Community Teamwork Inc. for the purpose of operating programs promoting children's behavioral health and educational success
