Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0107 in line 3, after the word "system" the following: "provided that not less than $10,000 shall be expended to Mt Moriah Baptist Church Food Pantry and Meals for Homeless Persons program for the purchase of refrigeration equipment."
