Ecological Restoration of Parkway Pond

Representatives Rogers of Cambridge and Owens of Watertown move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0100 by inserting after “department” the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the ecological restoration of Parkway Pond in Cambridge to further mitigate the loss of mature trees from the Hi-Rail access tunnel construction, and to mitigate the decades-long degradation of the area”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$7,071,194” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$7,121,194”.
