Ms. Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting after “fund” the words "; provided further that not less than $130,000 shall be expended for capital improvements to Plainfield Town Hall"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$6,899,999" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$7,029,999".
