Opinion of the Justices regarding the constitutionality of Chapter 40B

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION X. The House of Representatives is hereby directed to request an Opinion of the Justices regarding the constitutionality of Chapter 40B of the General Laws."
