Amendment #173 to H4000

WIC Advisory Board Program Participant Compensation

Mr. Arena-DeRosa of Holliston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Section 4 of Chapter 111I of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2015 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence of the second paragraph “Members of the advisory board shall not be compensated,” and replacing it with the following sentences “Current WIC program participants may be compensated for their time. All other members of the advisory board shall not be compensated.”.
