Amendment #195 to H4000

Rockport Wastewater

Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the Town of Rockport for a sewer pump station alarm/monitoring system”

and by striking the figures “6,899,999” and inserting in place thereof the figures “6,974,999”
