Amendment #203 to H4000
Adult Day Health Programs
Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0601, in line 69, by inserting after "expansion" the following:
"provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, MassHealth shall maintain and pay base rates to providers of Adult Day Health Services not less than the current rates of $106.32 for the Basic level of service, $136.72 for the Complex level of service, and transportation rates not less than $28.56 for ambulatory and $34.98 wheelchair services."
