Amendment #228 to H4000

Walkway Replacement in Burlington

Mr. Gordon of Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following:- 

"Provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the Town of Burlington to replace the aging asphalt walkways on the Town Common with updated ADA Compliant concrete walkways"; and in said item by striking out the figure "$100,000 " and inserting in place thereof the following figure "350,000"
