Beautifying the Entrance Ways into the City of Lowell

Mr. Hong of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2810-0122, by adding the following at the end thereof: "; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to City of Lowell for City Beautification to enhance Lowell’s entranceways with public art, landscaping, and flowers."
