Amendment #236 to H4000

Support for Scituate Community Christmas to Aid Families in Crisis

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 4800-0015, by adding the following language:

"Provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for Scituate Community Christmas, a nonprofit organization serving the town of Scituate, Massachusetts, to provide emergency support for families and individuals during times of financial hardship, including but not limited to holiday meals, clothing, gifts for children, and utility assistance."
